NORWALK - A Course in Miracles, facilitated by Joan Goss. Join us as we discover the way to universal love and peace - or remembering God - by undoing guilt through forgiving others. We will focus on the healing of relationships and making them holy. The Course is a complete self-study spiritual thought system. The Course expresses a non-sectarian, non-denominational spirituality and is therefore a universal teaching, not a religion. "Nothing real can be threatened. Nothing unreal exists. DRUM CIRCLES

HAMDEN - Community Drum Circle. Have fun - experience unity - learn about rhythm and drumming technique - feel relaxed and energized at the same time - express yourself - connect. No wrong notes! SOUTH WINDSOR - Community Drum Circle. Hosted by Dennis Cotton. SOUTHINGTON - Every Thursday evening drum circle hosted by Jami Ray from 7 to 10 p.m. There is no fee for drumming. Instruction and drums are available. We have plenty of drums for anyone who doesn't have one. Beginners and experienced drummers are invited to attend. The coffeehouse is open to those wishing to just listen as well. This circle is open to all levels of Reiki Practitioners. Come to meet and share experiences with other Reiki Practitioners. Monthly Reiki Healing Circle - call for Spring dates. ELLINGTON - Monthly Mindful Knitting
Learn to knit as we come together for meditation, fellowship, and community service. We meet in circle for our inner peace as well as the peace and comfort of others. THE I AM COMMUNITY is a support group for all those following a path of service, including healers, coaches, teachers, lightworkers and other agents of heart-based and Spirit-driven change. It was established to help members experience inspiration, abundance, and miracles in all aspects of their lives, including but not limited to finances, and thereby help their clients and communities do the same. Do you want to explore new ways of meditation and centering in a community environment 30 to 60 minutes per week? Have you studied with Jon Kabat Zinn or read his books, including Full Catastrophe Living? Would you like to quiet the mind chatter of the day? Can Mindfulness Meditation play an important life-changing role for you? Looking for 4 to 6 people who would like to join in community for a short period of time on a once-per-week basis, to be led through a breath-centered mind-quieting experience of Mindfulness Meditation.
