| We currently sell The Door Opener at the following points of distribution in Connecticut. However, some of our teachers and advertisers sell the magazine privately, not through a retail location. If you see that your favorite store does not carry The Door Opener, just let us know and we'll see what we can do! New issues of the magazine are on the stands by March 1, June 1, September 1 and December 1 (except Whole Foods and Barnes & Noble, which takes a bit longer). Individual copies can be purchased for $3.95 at the following locations listed alphabetically by town. We are always looking for new locations to carry the magazine, so please bring them to our attention. We also sell the magazine and give away free issues at many conventions and healthfest events. Important to note is that we are trending toward a stronger web presence at this point in time. We understand that individuals are interested in conservation and recycling and are therefore reading more material online. Our online presence began in 1996, so we have a very well established position with the search engines. Our dated events are loaded up in the middle of the month prior to the beginning of the issue (ex. March, April and May events are loaded up in the middle of February).
